PURCHASE OPTIONS, CANCELLATION & RETURN POLICY

MilkWhite Apparel is committed to delivering a refined purchasing experience and maintaining the quality, integrity, and presentation of every piece we offer.

PURCHASE OPTIONS

MilkWhite Apparel currently offers standard one-time purchases only. We do not currently offer subscriptions, pre-orders, or try-before-you-buy purchase options.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS & MODIFICATIONS

Orders may be canceled or modified only before they enter fulfillment.

If you need to request a change, please contact MilkWhite Apparel as soon as possible after placing your order. Once an order has been processed, prepared for shipment, or shipped, it can no longer be canceled or modified.

RETURNS

Eligible merchandise may be returned within 14 days of confirmed delivery.

To qualify for return, all items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • Free from stains, odors, damage, or signs of wear

  • Returned in original condition

  • Accompanied by original tags and packaging, where applicable

MilkWhite Apparel reserves the right to decline any return that does not meet these standards.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

For hygiene, exclusivity, and product-integrity reasons, the following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Undergarments

  • Socks

  • Worn or improperly handled swimwear

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Gift cards

  • Items specifically marked Final Sale

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ORDERS

Every order should be inspected promptly upon delivery.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact MilkWhite Apparel promptly with your order details and supporting photographs when applicable.

Once verified, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by MilkWhite Apparel or a verified damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method for all returns. MilkWhite Apparel is not responsible for returned merchandise lost or damaged in transit.

REFUNDS

Approved returns are subject to inspection.

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Because many MilkWhite Apparel pieces may be produced or stocked in limited quantities, replacement sizes or styles cannot be guaranteed.

If your requested exchange is unavailable, we may offer store credit or another approved resolution.

POLICY INTEGRITY

MilkWhite Apparel reserves the right to refuse returns, exchanges, or refunds that do not comply with this policy, including items showing evidence of wear, misuse, alteration, or improper handling.
